6 Concrete Ways To Manifest More Abundance In Your Life

We live in a lack mentality: all that we have and all that we are is simply not enough.

To manifest more abundance in your life, there are some very specific things you can do:

Clarify your goals.

What does “abundance” mean to you?

Get specific about what you want. No matter if it’s financial wealth, a fulfilling job, your dream home, or a healthy relationship, it will be easier to focus your energy when you clarify your goals.

Set positive affirmations and intentions.

Positive affirmations and setting good intentions are great ways to visualize the life of your dreams. By repeating these positive beliefs daily, you will then reinforce an abundant mindset. Remember to be consistent with this!

Here are some examples of positive affirmations:

I am beautiful and I am worthy of all types of love.
I am on the right path.
I am confident and I will make my manifestations a real reality.
Life gets better and better.
I let go of the past and welcome the future.

Visualize your abundance.

If you want to attract more abundance, practice visualization techniques and feel as if you have already acquired these things.

Try creating a vision board with images and quotes of all that you want: your dream house, those pair of shoes you’ve been eyeballing, a raise at work, a couple holding hands. You can do this physical act of printing out images and gluing them to poster board, or you can make a vision board via Pinterest. Either way, make it abundantly clear what you want.

You can also try scripting, which is a form of journaling where you act as if something has already happened and been obtained. Doing this can activate your imagination and emit a more positive energy.

Practice gratitude and generosity.

You have to cultivate an attitude of gratitude. Focus on what you already have and be appreciative of it all. This positive energy can attract more positivity into your life.

It’s important to practice generosity, too. When you give back to the Universe, you create a positive energy flow. This is the Great Law of Karma — the cause and effect of getting back what you put into the world.

Take inspired action.

Manifestation is not just about positive thinking. It’s about action, too.

The Law of Creation is the belief that you have to go out and make things happen for yourself and your life. You can’t sit around and wait for things to happen to you, you have to go out and get it. Break down your larger goal into smaller steps. If you want to save $500 a month, then put away $125 every week. If you want to get a new job, then spend at least an hour every day looking on job boards and applying to companies that are hiring.

Remember, you are the co-creator of your life.

Eliminate limiting beliefs.

Limiting beliefs are a state of mind that is restrictive and often negative.

For example, if you keep saying “My job is awful and it makes me unhappy” then you are telling the Universe that you want more unhappiness at your awful job. By focusing on what you don’t want and what you don’t have, you will ultimately attract that. Now, if you instead said “I will find a better and more fulfilling job soon,” then the Universe will bring that to you. If you think about what you do want, you will attract that.

By replacing your negative thoughts with positive ones that support your goals, you can then develop a more abundant mindset. As the saying goes: “Energy flows where attention goes.”
