Manifestation is quite the buzzword right now, but the concept itself has, in fact, been around for centuries. The idea stems from the law of attraction—that we can create our reality by using the power of our thoughts and that the energy we put out into the world is what we receive back.
But where do you start if you’re a spiritual newbie?
Here are nine daily manifesting rituals to embrace this year if you want your life to look completely different by 2024. There’s no pressure to do all nine—who has that much time in the day? Treat this list as a ‘manifesting pick and mix’ scenario. A tool belt of techniques, if you like, that you can dip into each day to see what you feel drawn to to help shift your energy and align you to what you are manifesting into your life.

Start your day by repeating positive affirmations to yourself. Speak them aloud, write them down, or simply repeat them in your mind. Affirmations like “I am ready to receive all of the abundance the Universe has to deliver me,” “I am worthy of everything I desire,” and “The Universe has my back and everything is working out the way it’s meant to” can help shift your mindset and set the tone for a successful day.
Take a few minutes each day to visualize yourself living your ideal life. Imagine yourself surrounded by the people, possessions, and experiences you desire. Create a movie in your mind of your dream environment, how you feel in your body, who you’re spending time with. Ignite your senses. Visualize the details and allow yourself to feel the emotions of already having what you want. This is an incredibly powerful tool for reprogramming the subconscious mind.
Gratitude is an energy-shifting manifestation tool. Each day, make a list of five things you’re grateful for. Of course, it can be big things like running water or food in the fridge, but also consider the smaller moments of magic like a compliment you received or the bus being on time. This practice can help you cultivate a positive mindset and attract more abundance into your life, as well as steer you out of a lack mindset, focusing on what you DO have, rather than what you don’t.
Set daily intentions that align with your desires. Break them down into small, achievable steps that you can take each day. By making progress towards your goals each day, you’ll build momentum and stay focused on what it is you want to manifest. The Universe loves you to meet it halfway and put the action into the law of attraction.
Journaling is a powerful way to clarify your desires and gain insight into your thoughts and feelings. Each day, write about your goals, dreams, and desires. Write as if you already have your vision board life—like a diary entry in the future—and allow yourself to feel the emotions of already having what you want and the gratitude you will feel when your dreams come to fruition.
Meditation can help you quieten your mind and connect with your inner self in what can often feel like an overwhelmingly noisy world. Take a few minutes each day to sit in silence, focus on your breath, and allow any thoughts or emotions to pass by without judgment. The thing to remember with meditation is, your mind doesn’t have to be completely still. Your thoughts can still come and go with ease, but it’s allowing them to pass whilst still being mindful of the space around you.
Act “As If”
Act as if you already have what you want. Dress the part, talk the talk, and act as if you’re already living your ideal life. This practice can help you align your energy with your desires and attract more of what you want. For example, if you run your own business and are manifesting a new client, how about acting as if they’ve already signed that contact and write a welcome email to them (in your drafts ready to send when it actually manifests!)? Or, if you’re manifesting a trip somewhere, why not research the place as if you’re already going? Find the best coffee shops, work out the travel system…you get the idea!
Connect with Nature
Spending time in nature can be incredibly grounding and restorative, both of which are essential to be able to manifest with ease. Afterall, grounding ourselves outdoors is a natural way to raise our vibrations, and when our vibrations increase, we become magnetic! Take a walk in the park, hike in the mountains, or simply sit in your backyard and connect with the natural world around you.
Speak Into Existence
A powerful manifestation tool that you can use every day is talking to the Universe and thanking it for everything it has provided, sharing as if you’ve already received what is on your vision board. This is a great way to pass the time on your morning commute in the car or while you’re getting ready in the morning.
Incorporating these nine manifestation rituals into your daily routine can help you attract your desires and create a more fulfilling life, helping both mind, body, and soul to become aligned to your dream life.
