A Small Series Of Beautiful Moments

And sometimes, the most beautiful moments in life are often the things we cannot see. The things that are hidden within glimpses of hope and embedded beneath fleeting moments. The things we cannot see, like the way another person’s chest fills with warmth when they hear your name or the way someone smiles a little brighter as they watch you walk into the room. Or maybe it is the way your friend has always memorized your favorite flower, and now every time they walk into that same shop that sells them they think of you. Maybe it is the way the stranger that you held open the door for that time now makes it their mission to open up the door for somebody else—every single time.

Maybe it is the way somebody you know is asking their hairdresser right now for the same hairstyle as yours just so they can feel as beautiful as they think you look. Maybe it is the way your energy is bright enough to light up a dark room, how, perhaps to another person, you are quite literally the light at the end of their tunnel. Or maybe it is the way somebody else compares you to the moon for no other reason than the fact they are simply in love with the moon.

And maybe it is the way you are seen as magic by everyone you meet. The way you are known by others as a glimmer of hope. Maybe it is the way in which you devote your time to help the people around you to feel seen. To feel loved. To feel. Maybe these moments are all just proof that the most beautiful things in life cannot be seen or touched. Or looked at or bought. But rather felt.
