This Is What Happens When You Meet The One In A Million Connection

Sometimes it’s the most unexpected circumstances that lead to the most wonderful of connections. It’s when there is a one in a million chance of two people meeting, but somehow you both find your way to each other and you realize just how amazing the universe is and how it makes no mistakes. It’s when you both need each other at a certain point in time, and once the lows begin to subside, adventures take its place with many days out in the sunshine with juice sipped through straws and sincere smiles. And although the unpredictability of life can take its toll and force us to grieve in ways we aren’t ready for, when it takes the opposite route, it becomes a blessing we can only be grateful for. Your heart could be seeping from a wound that’s taken a little too long to heal from a previous betrayal when another soul appears, and suddenly you feel a little more okay, a little more relieved.

An aura of peace washes over you.

You can take a step back and learn to take it easy, learn to take it slow. But the beauty of some connections is this new person will know you more in a short time than most. The reason for you both entering each other’s lives becomes apparent when the vibrancy of your memories together blend in a haze of glitter. You’ll know it’s different this time around when their kiss lingers on your lips on the train ride home. When you can’t stop thinking about their hands holding yours. But it’s not only about the physical and the palpable amount of chemistry that consumes you both. Their energy will bring out the best version of you. You won’t feel an overwhelming sense of urgency or agitation.

Everything will just be… calm.

You won’t feel anxious while waiting for their text. Their presence will feel warm and genuine. And in most cases, their entry into your life will be as a result of a wild, almost unexplainable story. A whirlwind of events so crazy that you can’t even mention it to your family. Call it coincidence. Call it fate. Whatever you believe in. But you’ll know deep down that it was meant to happen: A one in a million chance of meeting this person and being grateful every day that you did.
