This Year I’m Drinking Water And Minding My Business

This year I’m drinking water and minding my business. I’m nourishing my plants and myself. I’m taking my vitamins, drinking my green smoothie, putting on music, and shaking my ass. I’m muting any person, content, or mindset that doesn’t move towards growth and peace. This is my year to flourish, not just get by.

This year I’m drinking water and minding my business because I’ve been concerned about everyone else’s well being while neglecting my own for too long. I’ve given those closest to me the same advice repeatedly. I’ve been motivating, encouraging, and providing a listening ear to everyone but myself.

This year I’m drinking water and minding my business because I’ve learned to stop giving people unwanted advice. Instead, I’m learning that others are capable enough to live their lives and deal with the consequences of their actions. It’s not my job to fix people because they aren’t broken. We’re all just finding our way.

This year I’m staying hydrated and letting God fill my cup until it spills over. Water is life, and I’ll allow it to birth new opportunities. This year I’m renewing my soul and reclaiming my joy despite all obstacles. I’m sinking into the comfort of my skin. I’m shedding any residual hurt, pain, and hardship from the last year.

I’m continuing to heal and claiming abundance. I’m letting go of limited thinking and a scarcity mindset. I’m ready to receive all that I want and deserve. I’m prepared to move practice into action.

This year I’m drinking water and minding my business because that’s where harmony lies. I’m taking charge of my emotions and manufacturing my happiness. I have limited capacity to carry the stress of others in ways that are damaging to me. I trust that everything will work out at the perfect time. I have a future ahead of me. I will show up and claim the life that is mine. This year I’m drinking water and minding my business.
