You Are The Reason I Believe In Soulmates

My muse, my best friend, my person. My reason for believing in soulmates and marriage—I love you.

Looking into your eyes, I feel love coming out of my pores onto your skin. I am overwhelmed with emotions when I feel your hugs and everyday my love for your grows. You and I can talk for hours, get lost in a city we don’t know without a care in the world, and still manage to enjoy every moment.

To know you is to love you. Your passion and kindness have added color to my once black and white world that has truly made me believe in magic.

We went from looking for excuses to talk to me making you dinners. How time flies so fast. I have so many visions of what our future could be like. A farm, a few babies, a few dogs, and a ton of love. But if we don’t get our farm, because of global warming or because of life itself, I want you to know I love you. I love you and I have cherished every single pivotal moment that has made you and me us.

In all the time we have been together, I have always felt I can express myself with you. We have gone through trials and tribulations that have made us much stronger in the end. Today I look at you and see my home. I just want you to know that I appreciate you. You and I will have our heart-to-hearts on a random Friday in the midst of all the chaos in our lives, but there is so much that hasn’t been said. I don’t feel that I tell you enough that I truly enjoy your partnership in my life. Looking back at how we have grown individually and as a couple truly leaves me at awe. We are the gold at the end of the rainbow.

You are the human version of love. I feel it in every part of my body when you hold me. I smile differently with you, and you do too. We have become these people who started enjoying something that we never thought could happen to us. But here we are, two lovers in love, getting lost but falling more in love along the way.

And even if tomorrow is my last day on earth, I just want you to know I love you.
