4 Zodiac Signs Going Through Major Life Changes This Cancer Season

Cancer season is here, and it’s bringing some changes for a few zodiac signs!

From June 21st to July 22nd, the Sun will move into the sentimental water sign of Cancer. After a social (and at times chaotic) Gemini season, Cancer calls us home to rest and draw closer to our loved ones. Mercury and Venus already made their way into this sign earlier in the month, but the nurturing, home-centered vibes grow stronger with the Sun in the mix! Once the new moon in Cancer occurs on July 5th, setting intentions and starting a clean slate in our relationships to home and rest are worth looking forward to!

While the energy of Cancer season is strong, a few other transits are also worth noting. This season, we have not one but two full moons in the sign of Capricorn! The first takes place on July 21st, and the second on July 22nd, bookmarking Cancer season with the pragmatic, determined energy of the sea goat.

This season also contains one of the most intense transits of the year—on July 15th, Mars, the planet of action and drive, forms a conjunction with Uranus, the planet of disruption and rebellion. This conjunction occurs in grounded Taurus, adding a bit of brevity to the chaos. However, this transit marks a period of impulsivity and unexpected changes that could potentially throw our plans off course. It’s best to prepare for anything and keep a loose grip on our expectations so we can quickly adapt to whatever comes our way!

While all the zodiac signs will experience the effects of Cancer season, a few signs will notice bigger changes in their lives over the next few weeks. Check your sign below (Sun and Rising) to see which zodiac signs will go through significant changes this Cancer season!

Cancer

It’s your season, Cancer, and there is plenty to look forward to! Naturally, with the Sun, Mercury, and Venus all in your 1st House, your confidence is ready to skyrocket. You may find you’re experimenting with new styles and looks and new skincare or other ways to pamper and refresh your image. You likely will also feel more confident speaking your mind and holding your own regarding who you are and what you want in life, so use the extra ego boost wisely! When Venus and Mercury move into Leo in July, your money sector could also get a boost as you network and connect with the right people.

This season will also push you to evaluate your relationships when the full moon in Capricorn occurs the same day the Sun enters your sign. When your ego and heart are on opposite ends of the spectrum, striking a balance between what others and yourself are worth the attention. You may find you’re closing doors with certain connections that only strive to take from you without returning the favor. Alternatively, you may end unhealthy relationship habits and focus on emulating ones that make you feel more secure. It’s worth noting that there will be a second full moon in Capricorn on July 21st to close out your season, so you’ll want to pay attention to what unfolds between these two moons!

Speaking of moons, a new moon in Cancer will occur on July 5th, ideal for setting new intentions and manifesting what you want for yourself. It’s a much-needed reset after the heavy lifting of focusing on others—be gentle but honest with yourself about what you need and what you’re willing to do to make it happen.

Finally, July 15th marks an intense day with Mars, forming a conjunction with Uranus in your 11th House of Friendships and Networking. While this could spell tension for the social groups you’ve grown fond of. It could also mark a day of unexpected surprises that could work in your favor. It’s best to prepare for all the possibilities, but regardless of the outcome, you’re building a strength within yourself that can hold you through the inconvenient shakeups. By the end of your season, you’ll know you can confidently stand on your own two feet.

Libra

It’s time to step up to the plate, Libra! Cancer season is spotlighting your 10th House of Career and Public Image, and with the Sun, Venus, and Mercury all transiting this area, it’s ideal for getting some of those significant goals accomplished (or at least making some serious headway). You may find you’re getting the recognition you’ve worked hard for or that opportunities to share your ideas or team up with others to bring those ideas to life are more open than usual. While you may not want to step on anyone’s toes, it’s important that you don’t sideline yourself—the opportunities are meant for you, so don’t let them slip away.

The start of the season will also call for your attention to your home life as the full moon in Capricorn appears in your 4th House of Home and Roots. While going after your career goals is a central theme this season, it’s essential not to neglect your home life in the process. Determining the best ways to balance your home and work/public life is necessary, especially as you strive to achieve bigger goals this season. If you’re not careful, you could quickly burn out. You may find this period is best used to prioritize your rest and your personal life needs, especially if you have unhealthy tendencies of overextending yourself. With a second full moon in Capricorn occurring in July, you’ll want to note what happens over these next few weeks!

Additionally, a new moon in Cancer will set the tone for a fresh start in your career and public image as you determine what you want long-term and what you’re willing to do to get it. You may be considering changing your career or pursuing new goals you’ve previously contemplated.

You’ll also want to note July 15th, when Mars and Uranus form a powerful conjunction in your 8th House of Intimacy and Shared Resources. This energy is undoubtedly intense, and this transit could force you to confront some deeply rooted fears you’ve hesitated to bring to the surface, as well as bring some surprises in terms of your financial relationships with others. However, with this transit occurring in your fellow Venusian, Taurus, a grounded approach is the best way to take on any uncertainties surrounding you during this period. The work you do now will benefit you in the long run, so trust yourself to handle whatever comes your way.

Capricorn

Your relationships are going through some changes this season, Capricorn. With the Sun, Mercury, and Venus all moving through your 7th House of Partnerships, your relationship dynamics are sure to be examined. Romantic, platonic, and business partners are all on the table (even open enemies could make an appearance), so this is a time to determine whether your relationships are running smoothly or if they could use a little work. On the plus side, you’ll likely find yourself easily communicating and connecting to those closest to you, making any disputes easier to navigate than usual. You could feel more sentimental towards those you care for these next few weeks, so don’t be afraid to let your softer side show. We know you’re tough but don’t always have to be! When the new moon appears in this house, setting new intentions and desires for how you want your relationships to play out is in your best interest. However, be sure you’re also looking at the roles you play in these relationships, as it takes more than one side to make a relationship thrive.

In addition to focusing on the needs of others, we have two full moons occurring in your sign this season! The first occurs at the start of the season, meaning you’ll want to take a moment to contemplate your needs and what you require for a relationship to feel balanced. It’s easy to become absorbed into the needs of others, and your desire to provide is well established, but your needs, wants, and desires matter, too. When the second full moon occurs at the very end of the season, reflect on the differences when you are willing to fight for yourself and others rather than one over the other.

Finally, the Mars and Uranus conjunction in your 5th House of Creativity and Pleasure is bound to inspire you with creative ideas and projects you’ll want to pursue and exciting connections that could showcase sparks. However, this transit’s unpredictability doesn’t sit well with your pragmatic nature—going with the flow and being open to what happens could benefit you more than you realize.

Aries

You’re feeling more home-centric this season, Aries. As the Sun, Mercury, and Venus all move through your 4th House of Home and Roots, you’re drawn to staying in, which can feel out of character for your impulsive nature. While you may struggle to remain rooted in one place, Cancer season calls for you to take a break and focus on the personal areas of your life rather than charging headfirst into something else. You may feel intense emotions rise to the surface, especially surrounding your family and loved ones, so feeling your feelings is on the agenda. It’s also worth noting that the new moon is making an appearance in this house, so reflecting on your family dynamics and your home life could be what’s needed to help you determine what you do (or don’t) want out of life.

While much of the season will focus on your home life, two full moons in Capricorn will draw attention to your career and public life when they appear in your 10th House of Career and Public Image. You may find that during this time, you take a closer look at the expectations placed on you and the version of yourself you showcase to the public versus who you are in your private life. Working on balancing the side of you that thrives in the spotlight and the version that needs its rest is no simple act but one worth focusing on during these lunar transits.

Later in the season, with the Mars and Uranus conjunction occurring in your 2nd House of Income and Values, you may stumble across new ideas to make money or take a different approach to budgeting and saving. This could also result in surprises surrounding your finances, so you’ll want to prepare for any delays or uncertainty surrounding your income. However, with your ruling planet in the mix, you’re ready for the fast-paced energy this transit holds—just be sure to use it wisely!
