15 Daily Affirmations To Remind You That You Are Always Worth It
1. I love and accept myself as I am. You are more than enough now. You do not need anything more to accept who you are at this present moment. You are perfectly imperfect now.
2. I have so much to offer and so much to give. No matter what anyone else may have told you, you have so much to give to this world in more ways than one.
3. I am inherently valuable. As you are, with no strings attached.
4. I have so much to be grateful for. No matter what is happening in your life right now, you will be grateful for the lessons, the experience and the growth that comes from it. No matter what it is.
5. Someone else’s opinion of my worth does not dictate it. No matter who or what has told you in the past who you are and who you should be, your worth is only dictated on what you choose to think, feel, and act about yourself.
6. I am only in competition with who I was yesterday. Not another person, just who you were yesterday. You are a wiser, more authentic, more experienced person than you were a day ago.
7. I am trying my best and that’s all I could ask for. While it’s easy to feel down on yourself for all that you didn’t achieve or do, doing your best is all you can ask of yourself. Be gentle with yourself.
8. I am deserving of all that I want. I am worthy of everything that I want my life to be and am actively creating what it is I want my life to look and feel like.
9. I experience great things in my life. All I have to do to see it is pay attention to it because it happens to me every day, whether I consciously realize it or not.
10. My self-worth comes from within, not from without. My worth is not a reflection of my wealth, my success, or my expectations of what happiness should look like. But rather, it is reflective of my presence, my being, and my contentment in the moment now.
11. I will focus my energy only on that which I can control. Worrying, stressing, or ruminating on what’s outside of my circle of control is a waste of valuable time, energy and effort. Instead, I will focus on what’s within my grasp—my thoughts, intentions, and behavior which are always within me.
12. I give myself permission to be human. To make mistakes, mess up, and do things wrong. I give myself permission to learn from my mistakes, become a better person from them, and allow them to guide me in my future without defining who I will be.
13. No matter what happens, I will be okay. So today, I will live for the moment, trust the timing of my life, and allow the cards to fall as they may, trusting that life has a greater plan for me.
14. I will choose to respond, instead of react. I will allow what’s happening outside of me knowing that I’m being lightly guided in the right direction, even if it may not always feel as though I am.
15. I will choose to be happy. Because happiness is inherently a choice, not a destination. It’s a moment to moment appreciation of time, knowing that we are all living on borrowed amounts of it. But that doesn’t mean we can’t appreciate it while it’s here.
