Change Is Hard, But It’s Also Worth It

Everyone experiences something at some point of their lives that makes them realize they don’t just have to change but need to change. Does everyone always have these self-realizations? No. And that’s unfortunate. Change is hard and uncomfortable, but in the end ultimately worth it.

What can cause these realizations? Numerous things. A breakup or divorce, a death of a loved one, getting laid off from a job. The common theme among most of them is loss. The overused phrase “you don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone” comes to mind.

Get out of your comfort zone. Get out of your head.

If you’re comfortable, you’re not growing. If you’re not growing, you’re not changing. If you’re not changing, you’re getting left behind.

Sit in your discomfort. Own it. No matter how hard it gets. A beautiful life waits for you on the other side of change if you’re willing to put in the work.
