Machine Gun Kelly And Megan Fox Show How Intense A Twin Flame Relationship Can Truly Be
Your favorite cringe couple is back!
Last week, Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox announced the news of their engagement in separate but endearingly unbalanced Instagram posts.
“Somehow a year and a half later, having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him,” Fox wrote on Instagram. “And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes.“
For most, this might come across as a little much and that’s because it absolutely is. However, for MGK and Fox, it makes complete sense since the two consider themselves to be in the midst of a twin flame romance. And to be honest, they might be right.
A twin flame relationship is a deep, highly spiritual soul connection known for its intensity. More than a soul mate, a twin flame is said to be two souls that had been split into two human beings. While twin flames do not always follow a romantic path, many do.
Sometimes love takes a minute to catch its spark. For twin flames, though, the connection ignites instantaneously. As the saying goes, when you know, you know, and Fox knew MGK was a twin flame immediately. “I knew right away that he was what I call a twin flame,” Fox stated during the couple’s first shared interview on Lala Kent and Randall Emmett’s podcast, Give Them Lala … With Randall.
Twin flame relationships typically follow seven stages, the second stage being immediate connection and recognition.
If you’ve followed any of the couple’s shenanigans, you’d notice the extreme and…frenetic energy that two emulate. They are constantly referencing darkness, karma, and sacrifice when discussing their relationship, and this aligns with a twin flame romance.
A twin flame is also known as a mirror soul, forcing you to face all of the work and healing you have to do while you’re here. A twin flame relationship challenges you to expand in ways you have been afraid to address before. But this is where the magic sets in. This is where the growth happens.
Sometimes, love isn’t about who you have the most fun with. Sometimes, it’s about who you can walk through hell and back with and come out on the other side stronger than before.
Weirdly enough, MGK and Fox got engaged on January 11. 1/11. 111 are a set of angel numbers that signify a new beginning and being on the right path. It means you’ve found your twin flame.
But then again, maybe that’s not so weird if you really think about it.
