Aries

Look at things from a different angle. There’s so much more than meets the eye — not everything is your burden to bear. Don’t let yourself get frustrated so easily. Instead, take a step back and look at all your options. Remind yourself that you can handle this.

Taurus

Take a day off to rest and recharge. 2022 made you feel a lot, emotionally and physically. You might feel as if you’ve lost your balance, even. Remember — there is nothing more important than you and your health. Stay home and rest.

Gemini

Spend some time in nature. You love spending time with other people and engaging in different conversations, but if you want to enter 2023 on a strong note, you need to change things up first to reset. Go into nature — alone — and sit in the quiet.

Cancer

Let go of what no longer serves you. Go through your home and clean: go through clothes you don’t wear and donate them, toss food and makeup that’s expired, dust the tables, and mop the floors. Cluttered space, cluttered mind. Reset like this and you will recharge.

Leo

Take some time for yourself. You don’t always have to be the likable, social butterfly, putting on a happy face for everyone. Some people can be quite energy-sucking and that’s not what you need to enter 2023 with. Focus your attention on yourself, not the attention you want from others. Just rest.
