Here’s A Clever Trick To Attract Everyone In A Room, According To A Life Coach

Some people just have that “it” factor–the main character energy that draws every eye when they enter a room. It’s hard to pin down exactly why their aura is so magnetic, but their pull on everyone in the room is practically gravitational. People want to be them, want to date them, just want to know their secret–to bask in their glow. Unless you were born with that gift, you’re probably thinking, “I could never be like that.” Well, according to this clever TikTok, that’s not the case.

Jess Greenwood, a life coach with nearly 100k followers on TikTok, calls this a “non-toxic energy trick.” It’s her way of manifesting some serious main character energy to attract everyone in general–not just one specific person. She learned it from a performance coach and it worked for her. In her TikTok, she tells a story about how she entered a bar and the lead singer of the band that was playing immediately stopped the music to come talk to her. It’s the kind of story you might hear on Wattpad. But hey, if we can channel this kind of energy in real life, why not?

Here’s her advice:

  1. Before you walk into the room, imagine the four corners. Try to be as detailed as possible in your imagination. Picture the layout, the people, the furniture. (Obviously, it helps if you’ve been there before.)
  2. Imagine yourself literally taking the four corners of the room in your hand. I know this sounds weird, but trust me. (And her.)
  3. Imagine that you own this room. Now that you’re holding the corners of the room in your hand, imagine that this is your room, and everything in it.
  4. Then, walk in that room like you own it. Keep envisioning that you’ve got a hold of the room.

And that’s it. It seems like nothing, but Jess insists that your energy will shift. You’ll be holding your head higher, exuding magnetic confidence. Others will notice that shift in you and they won’t be able to keep their eyes off you. While it might seem weird, there’s no denying that how we feel on the inside affects how we present ourselves on the outside. This is just a little trick to get you in the mindset of someone important–someone special. And the more you do it, the better you’ll get.
