4 Zodiacs Who Are Total Know-It-Alls

While each zodiac pulls from their own unique well of intelligence, not all of them are quick to prove that they know something. In fact, some signs, like Cancers, would rather let others shine than try to prove them wrong. But what about the know-it-alls? The ones who aren’t afraid to correct people, to share their knowledge, to make everything a teaching moment? These are the four zodiac signs who are total know-it-alls, for better or worse.

Aries

While some of the other signs on this list might prove how much they know with the motive to show off, Aries tend to be know-it-alls without really trying. You can thank their deep well of confidence and propensity to speak before thinking. If they have a chance to answer a trivia question or let you know that you’re pronouncing a word wrong, they’ll jump at the chance not out of malevolence but because they feel like they’re helping. If you have an Aries in your life, you do so accepting that their strong personality will find any chance to shine, and that includes their natural know-it-all attitude.

Virgo

Virgos spend much of their time trying to figure out the absolute best way to do something. That’s why they usually take it upon themselves to be in charge of planning and implementing ideas. Unfortunately, this often comes across as if they don’t trust anyone else to be smart enough to do the job as well as they would. It can get them eyerolls from people in their orbit–especially coworkers. Deep down, it isn’t about the Virgo’s opinions of anyone around them, and just their need to make everything work as smoothly as possible. Still, they can’t help but put off a serious know-it-all attitude.

Capricorn

Capricorn’s know-it-all attitude is less about nerdy facts (although they do some of that, too.) Instead, it’s about their feeling of superiority when it comes to the lives of the people around them. They often think they know what’s best for everyone. That isn’t coming out of nowhere, either. Capricorns are genuinely very empathetic and great at reading people. Still, it can come off as abrasive when they try to guide their friends and family into what they deem as the “right choice.” Befriending a Capricorn means accepting that you’ll get their opinion on what you should do even if you never asked for it.

Aquarius

Aquarius is like the stereotypical know-it-all. If they know something you don’t they’re happy to teach you something new or correct you when you’re wrong. They have a deep knowledge about a ton of different topics, so some of their “um, actually” moments will come completely out of nowhere. Still, it’s nice to keep an Aquarius around if you ever want to smash the competition at pub trivia. Just know that you can’t have a fragile ego if you want to spend a lot of time with them.
