4 Zodiacs Who Deserve A Raise This Week (July 31 – August 6)

With inflation going through the roof and jobs not keeping up with the cost of living, so many of us are suddenly struggling more than we never were before. While all of us probably deserve a boost in pay, the following four zodiac signs could especially use a raise. They’re hard workers who add value to the team. Are you one of these four zodiac signs who deserve a raise this week?

Aries

All jobs need someone with Leadership Energy, and of all the zodiac signs, that describes Aries perfectly. Whether you want to be a literal boss or not, you always find yourself leading groups. You know how things should be done–or at least how you want them to be done–and you aren’t afraid to delegate to make that happen. Do you sometimes jump ahead without much pre-planning? Sure. You’re an Aries after all. But you get shit done. Point out your accomplishments to your boss and you’ll hopefully get the raise you deserve.

Virgo

The work you put into everything in your life is incredibly commendable. You’re killer at organization and planning. If anyone has a look at your planner or to-do lists, they’ll be super impressed (and maybe a little scared.) You’re probably the most dependable person on your team and everyone would feel the impact if you moved on to a different job. If your boss has noticed how irreplaceable you are, there should be a raise for you in the near future–especially if you ask for it.

Capricorn

You put your heart and soul into your job. Whether it’s good for you or not, you’re the one who takes work home with you. You’re the one staying after hours to finish projects or coming in early so you can get a head start. Some bosses take people like you for granted, Capricorn. They see that you’ll work hard with little motivation from them, so why should they do anything to support you? Hopefully you have a boss who appreciates the hard work you bring to the job and who’ll reward you the way you deserve.

Pisces

You’re the one bringing creativity and compassion into the workplace. While you’re a hard worker, you’re more-so the person who encourages everyone else to do a great job. If there’s a cheerleader at your work, it’s you. It might be difficult to get some bosses to realize just how invaluable you are to the company. If you need help verbalizing it, just turn some of your cheerleading onto yourself. How would you describe a coworker just like you? Do that for yourself and you’ll have a great argument to get a raise this week.
