4 Zodiacs Who Need To Focus On Their Mental Health This Week (March 13 – 19)

Although it’d be nice if we all were perfectly happy and healthy, it’s the unfortunate reality that none of us are–not completely, anyway. For these four zodiac signs, you’ve been avoiding your mental health for long enough. Take this week to figure out what you need to start feeling better, whether it’s a trip to your therapist or a day off to focus on your mental health.

“I’m fine,” is a regular refrain for you. It makes sense. You’re way better at compartmentalizing than a lot of the other zodiac signs. Even if one part of your life is falling apart, you can still show up to events acting as if everything’s fine. While you may be fooling everyone else, you know deep down that something is still wrong. Instead of always ignoring the problem, take this week to sit with what you’ve been avoiding. You’ll feel better if you don’t have to keep pretending that everything’s okay.

You’d prefer to ignore how you feel for so long that, when it eventually finds you, you end up with an explosive breakdown. Panic attacks and big fights aren’t the way to go, Gemini. Rather than bottling everything up until in blows, let your feelings out bit by bit. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing. It might feel a little awkward, but work on those feelings this week. Talk to the people who have been getting you down lately. Set the healthy boundaries you know you’ve needed to set. It’ll feel a little weird, but you’ll be better off for it.

You’re more analytically minded than emotionally. You’d prefer to think of life as a series of tasks and to-do lists than the feelings that might propel you. Though that mindset helps you achieve a lot in life, you aren’t exactly achieving anything when it comes to emotional enlightenment. You can’t to-do list your way to great mental health. Take some time this week for all the self-care, socializing, and therapy you’ve been avoiding lately. Those are just as important as anything else you’ve got going on.

Sometimes the best thing for your mental health is to just take a break. Unfortunately, you hate sitting still and doing nothing. If you aren’t at work or dealing with the multitude of home tasks you’ve come up with, you feel like you’re being “lazy.” That’s why you’re busy, busy, busy even on nights and weekends. If you don’t do something soon, you’ll be ever close to a nervous breakdown. I know it will be hard, but try to take as much time off this week as possible. Do the bare minimum for once.
