The Yellow Flags You Shouldn’t Ignore, Based On Your Birth Month
Yellow flags are the little personality traits that could be a warning, but not necessarily a dating dealbreaker. Of course, it all depends on personality. One personโs red flag is another personโs green flag. Look for your birth month to see the yellow flags you should never ignore in your partner.
January
They donโt have any life goals or aspirations. Not everyone cares if their significant other has drive, but thatโs not you. You like getting things done and making your life better. Complacency is unattractive.
February
They blame their exes for the relationshipโs demise. Some relationships end because one person did something inexcusable, but every time? If they blame everything on each one of their exes, youโll start losing those lovey-dovey feelings for them ASAP. It doesnโt align with the romantic fairytale youโre looking for.
March
They text you all day long. Some people find that cute, but โgood morningโ and โgoodnightโ texts are just annoying for you. Heck, they border on creepy. You donโt like to feel smothered in a relationship, so someone texting all day is just not compatible with you.
April
Theyโre too indecisive. You donโt mind making decisionsโyouโre good at it. The problem is when the person youโre with is so indecisive that they hem and haw even when you try to solve the issue. You deserve someone decisive or who at the very least goes with the flow when you make the call.
May
They can never sit still. The fidgety types might work well for someone born in December, but youโre more the homebody type. If someone canโt get comfortable cuddled up on the couch on a cold Sunday night, then theyโre not the right person for you.
June
They donโt have opinions on anything. Frankly, you donโt understand how anyone could not have an opinion on literally everything, all the time. You donโt trust it. Youโd spend more time being baffled by the person youโre with than actually enjoying their company if theyโre the opinion-free type.
July
They donโt like talking about their feelings. This is even worse if they donโt want to talk about yours, either. Openness when it comes to emotions is essential for your own health and happiness. In this case, opposites definitely donโt attract.
August
They donโt talk about their family. Family is everything to you. Itโs one thing if they have trauma or death in their past, but if they have an otherwise healthy family, itโs suspicious if they donโt talk about them. Youโll spend too much of your time trying to coax a family connection that just isnโt there.
September
Theyโre always late. Punctuality is a huge thing for you. Not only are you chronically on time (aka, 10 minutes early), but you think itโs disrespectful for people to be late. Someone whoโs too laidback when it comes to arriving on time is the last person you should be with. Youโd be frustrated 24/7.
October
They act differently when youโre alone than with friends. You pride yourself on your awesome social circle. You often feel more yourself when youโre surrounded by your favorite people. So for a partner to put on a faรงade around friends, yours or theirs? Yeah, theyโre not for you.
November
Theyโre moving really fast. You like to take things slow and easy when it comes to dating. If someone is super clingy right away or already talking about moving in together, youโll feel compelled to run as far away as possible. You need someone who will go at your pace.
December
They donโt have any hobbies or interests. When asked what they like to do, they mention the shows they watch, and then grow quiet. They donโt go out, they donโt go on adventures, they donโt have any projects theyโre working on. You like to do things, so youโll find this kind of person way too boring and far too much effort.
