Sara is a songwriter, poet and co-founder of the global youth advocacy organisation Humanity UP. With an almost ten year lived experience with different mental health issues, she ended up finding her own path to healing outside conventional treatment, and now uses her story and art to combat the stigma around mental health and promote community-based solutions to the mental health crisis.
