Tarotscope For Today: Saturday, August 1, 2026

Aries

Your Card: Seven of Cups

Part of our identity is our sense of purpose, and today as daydreams and ideas dance in your head, you may feel like you’re searching for it all over again. Enjoy the thoughts of trying different ‘selves’ on, Aries, and let yourself dream of what future possibilities may hold. But don’t get so lost in those thoughts that you miss real opportunities. If you’re really interested in pulling your dreams into reality, be ready to put some effort into planning the details.

Taurus

Your Card: Page of Wands

You are often far too busy making sure everything gets done to let spontaneity be ‘your thing.’ You may find ways to enjoy it today. It feels like you’ve received a custom invitation to explore life as a free spirit, Taurus, and to actually take a bit of vacation from your problems and your self-limiting beliefs. Instead, embrace that feeling of limitless potential, and enjoy the rush of new ideas and inspirations.

Gemini

Your Card: Ace of Wands

You’re feeling particularly inspired today, Gemini, and there are creative opportunities to match your energy. You may feel as though there’s a powerful new influence you’re able to work with. If you’ve been waiting for a universal ‘yes’ to start your project, this card is your message to get going, because today would be a great day to kick things off! It’s exciting, to feel so invigorated and to see the world in terms of its potential.

Cancer

Your Card: The Devil

You’ll be wrestling more than usual with your shadow self, and as those aspects come to the light it can make for a challenging time. Pleasure and enjoyment are fine in appropriate doses, but it’s easy to go from ‘just having a little fun every once in a while’ to something that is far more disruptive and damaging to you. Have an honest check in with yourself, Cancer, and be supportive and compassionate.

Leo

Your Card: The High Priestess

Look inward, Leo, and spend some time engaging with the language of your intuition today. If you see something you suspect may be a sign because it hits just so – it certainly is. Trust the deep wisdom within yourself. Trust your gut. If you have time, today is a good day to invest it in meditation so you can give your self the space, solitude, and silence to engage with your inner guides.

Virgo

Your Card: The Tower, Reversed

It wasn’t just a small change, it was a seismic shift that left you disillusioned and questioning the world and your place in it, Virgo. It all just happened so fast. The changes and adjustments that incident asked of you didn’t quite ‘stick,’ and you may have found yourself recently feeling all-too comfortable in the ruins of something you know doesn’t work. It can be hard to let go of who we were when we were protected by our illusions, but we can’t become our best selves if we continue to hold on to comfortable lies.

Libra

Your Card: King of Pentacles

You have the touch today when it comes to the physical / material world today, Libra, and because of your successes there you find you are very concerned with and occupied by matters of the practical. The more abundance you create, the more of the pleasures of life you’re able to enjoy. Your connection with the material realm is productive and abundant, and you won’t be the only one who notices. Don’t be surprised if more people than usual seek your counsel.

Scorpio

Your Card: Two of Pentacles

You’ve got a lot going on right now, Scorpio, and the amount of focus it takes to just get through a day of your task list is challenging. It’s hard right now, but all the work that you’re doing is ultimately setting you up for stability and success. You have not selected an easy path, because you’re seeking something more profound and transformational than what it had to offer.

Sagittarius

Your Card: Four of Swords, Reversed

You’re burning yourself up, Sagittarius, and it’s ultimately not going to do you any good. You may be underestimating the damage a period of burnout might cause or you may be recovering from a long illness, and are trying to come back far too quickly. Take a step back while you can and give yourself time to recuperate. You’ve been burning so bright for so long you need to take stock, anyway.

Capricorn

Your Card: Three of Wands, Reversed

You know exactly what you want to do, and you have a good idea of how to go about it. You’re having problems finding that spark that gets you started. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by details, just focus on the general direction. And if the big picture seems far too daunting, focus on the next step. You’ve got this, Capricorn, progress isn’t always exponential or relentless. Sometimes it’s the steps like these – small but profound in their context – that make the biggest difference.

Aquarius

Your Card: Page of Cups, Reversed

It’s a difficult thing, to open yourself to love and be loved, Aquarius, and it’s especially challenging if we’ve suffered a recent heartbreak. Spend some time in quiet meditation, focus on your navel chakra, and reconnect with your intuition. Don’t deny yourself the entirety of this emotional experience, even the challenging parts. Be gentle and compassionate with yourself as you start to allow vulnerability into your life again.

Pisces

Your Card: Six of Swords, Reversed

You’re in a tricky situation and one you don’t know quite how to navigate, Pisces. The best thing for you might be to cut your losses and leave, but there are a lot of complicated reasons as to why you can’t. You’re certain that the path for your growth requires radical change, and while you can’t make those changes externally or travel, you can make some changes to your mindset.
