Tarotscope For Today: Tuesday, September 16, 2025
Aries
Your Card: Seven of Swords
All may not be as it seems. Be cautious in your dealings today, especially when it comes to communication. You may have been kept out of the loop, so wait before responding to any missives. Instead of revealing your hand, take a step back and observe. If something feels off, there’s probably a reason why you should trust your gut.
Taurus
Your Card: Six of Wands
Victory is yours today, Taurus! Your persistence paid off, and people are starting to notice you. Step into the spotlight and accept all the accolades. But remember, there is still more work to be done–so once you’ve enjoyed your victory lap, start getting ready for the next race. Never forget that true champions are always looking ahead to the next goal.
Gemini
Your Card: Seven of Pentacles
The Seven of Pentacles is about reaping what you’ve sown. You’ve worked hard, putting in lots of time and effort, so today take a little break. Maybe “treat yo self” to something nice today, whether that’s a new book or a manicure. After you’ve enjoyed a little downtime, get ready for the final trek. You’ll need all of your energy to reach that goal.
Cancer
Your Card: Ten of Wands
Today may feel like a marathon. Instead of feeling like you have to carry the whole world on your shoulders, remember that you decide how much to take on. If you feel it’s worthwhile, try to push through the pain. But, if it all seems like too much, delegate or politely decline any new activities or engagements. Make sure others are doing their fair share instead of dumping it all on you.
Leo
Your Card: Three of Pentacles
In tarot, threes represent planning, so brush off that dusty planner you bought with good intentions, but never used. Collaboration will be key to making the day a success. Don’t be afraid to share your ideas. At the same time, make sure you pay attention to other’s contributions. Together, your combined insights may spark a bold creative venture that leads to something unexpected.
Virgo
Your Card: The Moon
Mystery is in the air today. When The Moon appears, things are shadowy and the way forward may not be clear. Your analytical mind will be working overtime to make sense of it. Instead, try using your intuition to figure out today’s mystery. It may look like an assignment with unclear instructions or a text that leaves more questions than answers. Read between the lines to figure out what’s going on.
Libra
Your Card: Six of Swords (reversed)
You may feel stuck today, trapped between the past and the future. This could look like holding on to a goal that’s unmeetable or clinging to a relationship that can’t be saved. The good news is that you don’t have to decide today. Focus on the present. Change can happen in small, baby steps, so take some time to reflect. Ask for advice, if you need it.
Scorpio
Your Card: Ace of Pentacles (reversed)
When the Ace of Pentacles appears reversed, expect frustrating delays and unexpected obstacles. Normally a card of fresh starts, progress is thwarted when it gets flipped. It’s a good day to roll with the punches and let things be. Slow down and double-check everything, especially when relating to travel and finances. Incorporate deep breathing exercises into your day. You may need them.
Sagittarius
Your Card: Eight of Swords
You’re stuck even though you already know what to do. Remember that the barriers are probably in your mind–overthinking leads to paralysis. Today, take action and break new ground. If you’re overwhelmed by a project or a deadline, try breaking it into smaller tasks. Book that trip even though you keep making up excuses not to go. By tackling your fears, you set yourself free.
Capricorn
Your Card: Queen of Swords
Your brain will be sharp as a sword today, so make decisions quickly and confidently. It’s a day to rely on your logic, so don’t let your emotions get in the way. If there’s a tricky work negotiation, you will earn respect from your colleagues for how you handle it. If you have to make a tough choice, know that you are making it from a place of fairness. Don’t be afraid to set some boundaries, especially if someone keeps crossing yours.
Aquarius
Your Card: The Devil (reversed)
We’re proud of you, Aquarius! You’re letting go of bad habits. Today, this may look like paying off a debt, starting a healthier diet, or taking time off from your job. (Take that mental health day!) Keep cutting out habits that waste your time, like mindless scrolling on social media for hours. You are on the way to becoming the best version of yourself.
Pisces
Your Card: Page of Pentacles
Expect a promising financial opportunity today, Pisces. Whether it’s a new job or a new project, it has the potential to grow into something bigger. You may also receive an unexpected financial opportunity–perhaps a loophole in your budget that leads to more cashflow or a more practical way to save money. Pay attention and take notes as fast as you can. Don’t be afraid to explore every opportunity.
