As adults we’re told that to function properly in the real world, we must contain part of ourselves. However, this thinking is restrictive and allows little room for creativity and improvisation. When we allow ourselves to naturally explore the world or our interests, we often end up finding the answers that we seek. Don’t force things, just permit yourself to see where these natural inclinations lead you.

A more practical approach to your day-to-day life is necessary right now, Taurus. Create a to-do list and stick to it. You are hindering yourself without a set routine or structure. Of the three earth signs, you are probably the most spontaneous and creatively inclined. So while you are typically a grounded person, you tend to go a bit too far with spontaneity. The Emperor is a reminder that there is a way to have the best of both worlds. But don’t judge yourself or beat yourself up for any wrongdoings that you can’t take back. Try and analyze the past objectively. By doing so, you’ll better understand yourself, those around you, and you will find your way over this block in personal growth or period of contemplation. Work with yourself, not against yourself.

Though it may seem like things will be different this time around, the Seven of Pentacles might be indicating that you are unconsciously repeating past cycles you thought you’d moved past, Leo. What’s funny is that we often forget that the rationalizations we are making now and the conclusions that we are drawing from those rationalizations are somehow different from conclusions we’ve drawn in the past. But the truth is, though the context of a particular situation has changed, our ways of going about that new conflict remain the same, thus repeating a cycle we aren’t even aware of. Take note of your train of thought and the conclusions you are drawing and see if you can find similarities between now and a situation in the past so that you are not doomed to repeat it.

Today will be a good day, Virgo. Not because anything about this particular situation that has been stressing you will magically improve. And not because some form of miracle will occur randomly. This day will be good because you will choose to make it good. Despite all that is happening in your life, you don’t have to let the world around you dictate how it makes you feel. You can choose to stand strong despite reality trying to bring you down. And with this mindset, the problems you felt were too big to overcome start to feel much smaller then you’re able to take them on without that fear holding you back anymore.
