Scorpio

Scorpios aren’t trying to dismiss anyone, but they tend to keep their guard up. Scorpio placements are often not impressed unless a person is willing to explore deeper topics and go beneath the surface level. Scorpios can also admit they won’t necessarily make that easy. It’s one thing to talk about your childhood trauma or the nuances that exist across controversial topics, but if you start trying to get them to open up? It will take a lot of effort (which coincidently will be what impresses them). 

Virgo

It’s not impossible to impress Virgos, but you should be prepared to bring your best to the table. Virgos aren’t as caught up in the “what” you do but whether or not you excel at it. Virgos have high standards for others but even higher ones for themselves—so impressing them means giving it your all, whatever that situation calls for. Additionally, if you’re more prone to excuses than solutions, a Virgo may offer to help you, but they will be far from impressed. 

Capricorn 

From a Capricorn’s perspective, impressing them involves putting in the work. You don’t have to be the world’s most successful CEO to capture their attention (though it probably wouldn’t hurt!) or make tons of money. However, you need to be willing to do your part, see things through, and have some decent goals for yourself. Capricorns believe that striving to be the best version of yourself is always ideal, and they aren’t going to be impressed by those who let the world pass them by.

Leo

Leos are generous and encouraging, but that doesn’t make them easy to impress. Leo placements have big dreams that they strive for. They surround themselves with others who have similar aspirations or a similar drive. If you aren’t shooting for the stars, Leos won’t berate you about it but don’t expect them to fawn over you, either.

Taurus

Taurus signs won’t beat around the bush. It will take something specific to really leave an impression on them. Tauruses create their own world with specific comforts, social circles, and goals—and you’re only going to impress them if you can easily fit into that world they’ve already established. For Taurus, it’s not about being the best, but whether you are involved with something they genuinely care about/benefits their current goals. It’s no secret that Aquarius placements are associated with the unconventional and tend to hold unusual interests, hobbies, and worldviews. Success and accomplishments based on the standard aren’t going to impress them much (especially if they are averse to traditional norms in the first place). At times this can make the air sign come across as arrogant, but impressing them simply comes down to doing things differently.
